Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can also track your order through the Track My Order section on our website.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. We’re working on expanding globally soon!

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, festive rush, etc.).

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us — we’ll ensure it’s prioritized.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video evidence.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
