REFUND POLICY

At Brewperks, every blend we craft is a reflection of our passion and heritage. Since tea and coffee are consumable products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure your order reaches you fresh and safe.

Because of this, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products. However, we do have a fair replacement/refund policy for genuine cases.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged During Delivery – If the product is damaged or tampered with during shipping.

  2. Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  3. Quality Issues – In rare cases where the product is spoiled or not consumable at the time of delivery.

✅ To be eligible, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear 360 degrees unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except for cases of spoilage).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed packs.

  • Products without proof of purchase from our website.

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, offers, or promotions (unless damaged/defective).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Brewperks reserves the right to approve or reject returns/refunds if the request does not meet the above conditions. Misuse of the policy may lead to denial of future services.
